This years Angling International Show held in Budapest brought together some of the fishing industries leading companies in the first ever Angling International show. Turrall as always was on hand to support.
Turrall, having exhibited with EFTTEX from the very first show has always seen the European fishing trade show as being an important place to meet and demonstrate the latest trends and developments in fishing.
Turrall had a very good show, meeting existing customers and expanding business as well as building relationships with new customers. Turrall also took the chance to exhibit some of its new products.
Tungsten lures took centre stage for Turrall with the new 'Nerds' Range taking top award for fly fishing accessory. These heavy jigs are ideal for ice or fast moving water. The tungsten weights give a quick sing with a marabou tail providing a good bit of movement on the lure. The off beads help the jig fish reversed and the balanced nature of the lure gives a straight fishing line.
Also recognized with a runner up award were the new recycled fly line lanyards. These recycled lines use the left over fly line from production runs that don't quite meet the requirements of the market. Instead of being wasted they are given life as lanyards. Great accessories for any fly vest.
